Located in the heart of Nashville in the United States, the National Museum of African American Music is a unique place. The city's Chamber of Commerce proposed the building to preserve and celebrate African-American culture. As a reminder, this same city once destroyed all African-American businesses. The site has a wide range of pieces and objects that recall this period of racism. This building combines more than 50 genres and musical styles exhibited throughout the year. It is also possible to contemplate artifacts from big names in rhythm and blues, RnB, or hip-hop. The stage clothes of Nat King Cole and Whitney Houston will soon be on display. ◄
