Dying to Live: Thunderbirds & Spirits II is a fashion show presented by Neechi By Nature, the brand created by Shane Kejick — also known as Tombz the Nish on stage. The collection draws inspiration from 1990s Italian fashion, Indigenous art traditions, and hip-hop culture, tracing through the Medicine Wheel the journey of a young Indigenous person navigating ambition, temptation, consequences, and self-reflection.
Live hip-hop and rap performances accompany the runway, reinforcing the narrative arc of the show. Neechi By Nature merges streetwear, hip-hop aesthetics, beadwork, and traditional Ojibwe art into a distinctive voice for newcomers and those living between two worlds.
