Family Sundays on the Pointe — Creative Workshops

Two creative workshops are on offer for this edition of Family Sundays on the Pointe. Wendat artist Mélanie Savard (Yänonhchia') guides participants in making traditional corn-husk dolls, using the craft as an entry point into understanding the central role of corn in Wendat culture and traditions.

Also on the programme, Basoa leads a workshop in which participants create terracotta figurines inspired by ancient Greek artistry, offering a tactile connection to the classical world featured in the museum's Heroes of Greece exhibition.

Both workshops are free and take place outdoors in the pedestrianized zone at 350 Place Royale, Old Montréal, as part of the Summer on the Pointe 2026 series.
