Fyraftenssang is a community singing event open to everyone, regardless of singing experience or skill level. It offers a musical pause for those who enjoy singing but rarely have the chance to do so in a group setting.
Each session is led by conductor Jakob Høgsbro and pianist Mads Strandgaard, who guide participants through songs together. A new theme shapes every session, keeping the experience fresh from one gathering to the next.
A guest musician joins each session and performs their own original songs, adding a live performance element alongside the communal singing.
The event is conducted in Danish, though some of the songs performed may be in English. Sessions take place at Nørrebro Teater in Copenhagen at 17:00.
