Johan Bylling Lang assembles a specially selected orchestra of leading musicians from the Danish jazz scene for this one-night concert at Charlie Scott's. The programme takes New Orleans as its central inspiration, moving through Louis Armstrong classics and original compositions rooted in the spirit of "The Big Easy".
The line-up features Johan Bylling Lang on saxophone and flute, Bjarke Nikolajsen on trumpet, Thomas Bornรธ on piano, Hans Find Mรธller on bass, and Niclas Bardeleben on drums.
The concert is supported by the City of Copenhagen (KBH Kommune) and the Danish Arts Foundation (Statens Kunst Fond).
