church, the oldest in the museum. The Røros chapel, an 18th-century chapel with
Baroque décor.
Interactive exhibits and activities allow visitors to immerse
themselves in the atmosphere of the past. They can learn about traditional
building techniques, taste local specialties, and watch demonstrations of old
crafts.
The museum is also a center for research and education. It offers educational
