The Swedish Museum of Photography
Fotografiska is the dream place for photography lovers who want to experience intense emotions through temporarily exposed photos.
Fotografiska is one of the largest contemporary photographic art museums in the world. Housed in the heart of an old building in the Swedish capital, the museum offers a modern exhibition space of 5500 square meters. Unlike traditional museums, Fotografiska does not present any permanent exhibitions. It regularly hosts works by well-known photographers and emerging artists who seek to develop their notoriety. Each year, four major exhibitions and twenty mini-exhibitions for budding artists are organized. Photo workshops for all levels are also offered.
