Kruja Castle, the stronghold of Scanderbeg and his Albanians
Meet with Dorian. Depart from the pier/ hotel or your specified meeting place to reach the city of Kruje. We start a walking tour of the old town, old Bazaar and the Castle of Scanderbeg. At this place we may visit a local artisan shop where a man will show us how they make slippers and fez using simple thinks and their golden hands. Continue with the rest of the Castle, visit the Scanderbeg and the Ethnographic museum. The Bektashi Tekke inside the Castle is another place of interest for us. Have you ever heard about the Bektashi order? We will get to know more about Bektashi during our visit at the Sari Saltik Holy Place.
Late afternoon, we'll head back to the pier or your specified place.
