Kender Du Hende? is a musical family production celebrating Danish women who had the courage to be different. Featuring newly written music by, among others, Anne Linnet and Dorthe Gerlach, the show guides audiences through the lives, dreams and struggles of women who broke norms and forged their own paths — a story of courage, friendship and community.
Anne Linnet has written the title song. On stage, Lisbeth Kjærulff, Marianne Gonnov Bøgelund and Nina Aller Christrup are joined by students from Det Kongelige Teater Balletskolen Odense.
School classes will have access to supplementary educational material — including six short animated films about Inge Lehmann, Asta Nielsen, Lis Hartel, Jenny Kammersgaard, Nina Bang and Else Marie Pade — available both before and after the performance. The films can also be streamed on TV2 Play.
