KESHAVARA is a German-Indian band whose music sits somewhere between Cologne and South India, blending krautpop, psychedelic soundtracks, and both Western and South Indian musical traditions into a colourful sonic kaleidoscope featuring lyrics in English, German and Tamil.
The band's fourth album, Moondram Sevi — Tamil for "the third ear" — is being released this autumn. It draws on childhood Kollywood films, psychedelic visions and musical curiosity, weaving 12-string guitars, soaring strings and funk-influenced grooves into dreamy, danceable pop.
Since the release of their 2024 album III, KESHAVARA has toured across Europe alongside Khruangbin and Grandbrothers, building a reputation as one of the most original voices on the European psych-pop scene.
On 2 November, the band takes over Ideal Bar with their immersive live universe of dreamy melodies, psychedelic grooves and visual storytelling.
