The New Bridge, or Pont Neuf, is one of the first things many visitors notice on a walk along the Garonne in Toulouse, in the Occitania region of southern France. Despite its name, it is in fact the oldest bridge in the city, dating from the 16th century, and it still carries pedestrians and traffic across the river today.
