Marking the centenary of Dirch Passer's birth, DR Koncerthuset presents a special evening celebrating one of Denmark's most beloved entertainers. Actors Peter Mygind and Cecilie Stenspil perform some of the most iconic songs and theatrical scenes from Passer's remarkable career in film, revue and music.
Dirch Passer left an indelible mark on Danish cultural history through classic films such as 'Sommer i Tyrol', 'Frøken Nitouche' and 'Charles' tante', as well as countless revue performances. This warm tribute brings his universe back to life through the interpretations of two highly accomplished performers known for their musicality, comic timing and stage presence.
Mygind and Stenspil are joined by a quartet led by Nicholas Findsen, made up of some of Denmark's most seasoned musicians, ensuring an evening where music, warmth and humour intertwine.
