Lydbad is a live sound bath experience performed by Cecilie Dahlin using crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and other overtone instruments. Sessions are held in the mornings at Nørrebro Teater in Copenhagen, offering participants a deeply meditative and restorative start to the day.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a warm blanket or scarf to stay comfortable throughout the session. The experience is designed to help participants slow down and find stillness for both body and mind.
Following each session, the theatre foyer remains open so guests can extend their morning ritual with a cup of coffee or tea.
