V!TAL is a choreographic work by Ismaël Mouaraki that frames joy as an act of resistance — a living force that surges through the stage. Six performers and two live musicians share the space, responding to each other in real time as movement and sound intertwine.
Rooted in both urban and contemporary dance, the piece channels a productive tension between struggle and celebration. The musicians do not merely accompany but actively shape the energy of the stage, making the performance a collective act of reconstruction.
Through rhythm, pleasure, and physical gesture, V!TAL asserts that joy is not escapism but a genuine instrument of social transformation — a counter-force to chaos and fear.
