Style Over Status is a mural by the artist Snikr, painted in 2017 on a building at 6316, 26e avenue in Montreal. The work sits in the Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie borough, a residential district of the city's east end, and it is one of the pieces created under the city's Programme d'art mural, the second phase of the initiative.
What to expect
This is a street-art visit rather than an indoor attraction. You view the mural from the sidewalk, so it suits a short walk or a stop on a wider outing through the neighbourhood. Because it is a residential street, it is worth keeping your voice down and giving neighbours room.
